6 SYSTEM AND THEIR FOOD ALLERGY CONDITIONS

Food Allergies can present in various signs and symptoms, but what is the root cause of food allergies? Hyperpermeability of the gut, or what’s commonly known as a leaky gut, creates a hostile environment where our beneficial microbiome is compromised, thus compromising the immune system.
Food allergies occur when the immune system overreacts to substances in your food, that your immune system recognizes as harmful. The immune system triggers cells to release immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies, which will neutralize the allergen. What happens then is the next time you eat that same food, the IgE antibodies sense this and releases histamine and other chi into the bloodstream to create a reaction.
Milk, nuts, shellfish, eggs, wheat, soy and fish are common foods that can cause food allergies. These allergies are more common in children than adults, but this is changing radically.
There are over 50 billion people suffering from allergies-70% of adults and 50% of children. Food allergies are to be taken seriously, as if they are not addressed they can lead to anaphylactic shock and even death. Get tested today!  Below are some symptoms, in the different systems.
BRAIN
Headaches
Hyperactivity
Insomnia
Depression
Anxiety
Fatigue
CIRCULATORY
Blood Pressure
Swelling
Immune Stimulation
FACE
Canker sores
Eczema
Itching
Sinusitis
Runny nose

Constipation
Weight gain
Hypoglycemia
MUSCLES & JOINTS
Autoimmune Disease
Bursitis
Joint pain
Muscle pain
Rheumatoid Arthritis
RESPIRATORY
Asthma
Recurrent Infections
If you are suffering from any of these, please talk your doctor or healthcare practitioner about a food allergy test, to detect IgE, all classes of IgG and IgG-C3d immune complexes for a higher sensitivity.  Also have your doctor ask for testing of the measurements of BHA, polysorbate 80, MSG, food additives: Yellow #6, Red #2, Red #3, Red #40, BVO, Aspartame and Saccharin. The reason for these additional testing is because these substances/chemicals are found in processed food products. Dunwoody Labs is a lab that handles these types of tests.

…. Did you get all of me out today?

The large intestines time is 5am-7am when its energy is prime to evacuate.  Maybe you get the urge to go but don’t want to get up so early so you ignore it.  You may get up and go and only evacuate a few pellets. Or, you wake up much later and you can’t go unless you have a cup or two of coffee.  What if you don’t even get the urge to go until much later or another day or 2 or 3?  These scenarios may be part of your life for as long as you can remember so its “normal” to you but, it’s FAR from normal.  If we eat 2 solid meals a day then we should go twice a day. If not, where is it hiding? Somewhere in your intestines all 5ft7” or more of it.  Your large intestines is as tall as you are. Yep, think about it. It can hold a lot.  Sometimes one may feel full, bloated or nauseous and you may seek medical help just to be told its normal for you or take magnesium.  Magnesium salts help and you start to go a little but your bowel movements still feel incomplete. What do you do now? These are scenarios that come to me on a daily basis and figuring out the core problem can be complex at times or simple at other times.  Is it due to lack of water, lack of minerals, too much dry food, not enough fiber or probiotics, weak abdominal muscles, slow bile flow or an emotional blockage.

What to do?

Increase water intake
Increase mineral intake
Increase more wet foods (smoothies, pureed soups, puddings)
Take 35 grams of fiber a day
Reduce dairy intake and mucus forming foods
Take probiotics twice a day, daily, (acidophilus and bifidophilus)
Eat and drink more bitter foods to increase bile flow
Get in touch with what’s bothering you emotionally

You’re reading this and saying, but I drink more than enough water.  My question to you is, do you drink and pee, drink and pee.  Yes is your answer.  This means that the water you’re taking in is not going into the cells to hydrate them and flush out debris but instead the water is going around the cells and right out= no hydration which leads to constipation. How do you fix this you ask? Increase your mineral intake so they can pull the water into the cells. Cheese and other forms of dairy like milk and yogurt creates a sticky environment and we don’t thoroughly digest them either. Are you addicted to cheese? It’s not your fault. Your addictive behavior towards cheese is due to an opiate-like chemicals called casomorphins.  So you need to detox from it.

Probiotics helps to feed the microflora in your colon which eat up the stool and keeps things moving.  Adding fiber which is a prebiotic that feeds the probiotic and acts like a broom to the colon is necessary to clear out the extra poop and prevent colon cancer.  Be careful to not have too much fiber and not enough water to move it out. Herbs like milk thistle and chanca piedra helps to move bile which increase the peristalsis of the colon.

Colon hydrotherapy can also help to hydrate the colon, activate it by toning the colon via peristalsis (short rhythmic fills by the therapist) which leads to a better evacuation.

Soak 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of powdered Bentonite clay in one cup of filtered water for 12 hours. Or Sonnes has it in liquid form already. Start soaking in the morning.
Then add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of psyllium husks or zeolite powder to the clay mixture and mix well.
Drink and the whole cup of mixture immediately and then follow with a 1 cup of warm water before bedtime.
Drink at least 8 cups of warm water a day including 2 cups first thing in the morning with the juice of a lemon.
Repeat the procedure until the stool becomes normal (usually 1 to 2 weeks), when you see less intestinal congestion. I have found doing colonics during the intestinal cleanse enhances the results 10 fold.
Be Internally Fit,

Tracy
